Perspectiva para el buen funcionamiento de un bien inmueble policial: causas, efectos y estrategias de uso

Resumen

La existencia de la Policía Nacional del Ecuador data de 1848 aproximadamente. Los edificios y la infraestructura ocupada por esta entidad es sencilla y básica, sin estudios preliminares, ni trámites de aprobación para su construcción y funcionamiento. En la actualidad no existe un modelo de gestión de infraestructura utilizada por la institución. Este artículo tiene por objetivo exponer la situación actual de los bienes inmuebles policiales, y constatar y evaluar el avance constructivo relacionado con las nue- vas tendencias renovables sostenibles y sustentables. Se utilizan varias metodologías de análisis que son capaces de describir el objeto de estudio.

Abstract

The existence of the National Police of Ecuador dates back to approximately 1848. The buildings and infrastructure occupied by this entity is simple and basic, with no preliminary studies or approval procedures for its construction and operation. There is currently no management model for the infrastructure used by the institution. The purpose of this article is to present the current situation of police real estate, and to verify and evaluate the constructive progress related to the new sustainable and sustainable renewable trends. Several analysis methodologies are used that are capable of describing the object of study.
